St. Agnes

This is a statue of St. Agnes. This was a new find for me. I originally posted  this in error as Mary with Lamb, - Thanks Kyle for setting me straight.

    Actually, this is a statue of St. Agnes, a roman martyr. She does look like Our Lady though!

    Actually, this is a statue of St. Agnes, a roman martyr. She is holding a lamb, which is her symbol, and a palm branch symbolizing martyrdom. She does look like Our Lady, though!
