I took several shots of this from various angles. I still ended up having to Photoshop me and my camera out of the brass mortar.
Chase was nice enough to give me more information on what I thought was a Mortar and Pestle was actually a aspersorium. See his comment for the link. Thanks Chase.

The item in the photo is actually an aspergillum in an aspersorium - or more simply - a holy water sprinkler and holy water bucket.
