Mary Mother of God

I've been wanting to do a before and after picture for some time now and thought this picture would be a good one to do it on. The above picture is the finished product. Below is what I started with.

A crop to improve the composition and Photoshop to get rid of that ugly seam and speakers and there you have it.

Mary Mother of God Altar picture taken at St. Joseph in Wapakoneta.

I love the after. The composition is wonderful and I especially love the muted coloring. It really makes the blue candles and red roses stand out. It has a very Spanish vibe to it and reminds me of churches you'd find out west or in Mexico

Thanks Kinberly, I hadn't made the Spanish connection, but I think your right it does have a bit of a Spanish flair.

Thanks Kate,

It was the blue candles and red roses that sold me on this shot.
